Romi and RVD did an excellent job extending our kitchen / dining area as well as installing a new

kitchen. This work included significant structural alterations, laying concrete, sub-floor work, plus

installing radiators, electrical work, ceiling replacement, plastering and door hanging.

Throughout the job, the work was done in a professional and thoughtful way. The team were

friendly, polite and worked extremely hard, even at weekends, and always minimised disruption to

our family, which includes young children, by keeping the sight clean and safe.

Romi and RVB were very versatile covering all disciplines of general building, plumbing, electricians,

flooring, kitchens and more. They came up with any intelligent solutions and suggestions throughout

the project which overall made it more successful. In addition, and importantly, Romi and RVB also

stuck the quotation price and delivered the work on time.

Overall, we cannot express enough how happy we were having Romi and RVB working on our

project. They are a first rate team and I highly recommend them.

		Romi and his team have just finished a side extension and kitchen in my home. On paper it is a straight-forward job, but as always with older houses, things are far from simple.
From our very first consultation Romi was unfazed, and despite many issues such as access (we are in the middle of a terrace), and the fact that my family were to be living in during the build, he reassured me that nothing would be a problem. This calm attitude and goodwill remained throughout the job.
All of the team were extremely kind and thoughtful, skilled, dedicated, incredibly hard working and meticulously clean. Great care was taken not to let the work spread through the rest of our house, allowing us to live comfortably alongside the build.
Romi began as a renderer and tiler before perfecting bricklaying, and then specializing in lofts and extensions. There is nothing he can’t do! He is backed up by his brother Danny, an excellent brickie, and Nico his gentle giant carpenter. The rest of the boys were strong and positive, and a pleasure to have in the house.
We are absolutely delighted with the finished job, a beautiful family kitchen has been created, this is very much due to Romi and his team’s great care and craftsmanship.
I will definitely be using Romi again for any further work we do in the house, and I whole-heartedly recommend him for any job within your home.

		Romy and his team built our ground floor extension and we would recommend them over and over again, in fact we already have!
The team were incredibly hard working (they arrived promptly at 8am and left at 6pm every day).
We asked his team to carry out quite a lot of small jobs that weren’t included in the original quote and they were very willing to do anything we asked which was brilliant.
The standard of their work was very high and we have not had any issues with the build since they have finished.
We would definitely ask romy and his team to work for us in the future.

		Dear Tony,
I have been asked to provide a reference for a small works contractor by the name of Romy Birsan.
Romy was introduced to me following a recommendation from a long standing friend and Carpenter called Paul Gibbs of PG Carpentry, Paul had worked with Romy on a number of small works projects including Loft Conversions and advised that i use him to tackle a difficult project at my property.
Romy carried out some small-medium demolition works at a residential property I own in Reading during the summer of 2010, I would like to confirm that Romy and his team carried out the work at my property to a very high standard, they were very punctual, hard working (7-6pm) and also polite and i found their costs very competitive against others in the market place.
Part of the works involved the demolition of a 1950’s reinforced brick built structure circa 30ft wide x 30ft long and 8ft tall, Romy and his team not only knocked down the shelter and carefully created new returns and perimetre walls, but also bagged 500 bags of rubble/concrete and 2 metres (stacked in height) of metal reinforcement rebar neatly to facilitate subsequent removal by others.  
Following other failed attempts by local contractors to complete these works,  Romy and his team completed this work in only 2 days, compared to programmes offered by other contractors of 1-2 weeks, which was impressive!
